 Introducing a collection inspired by visions from my dreams — a series that captures the childlike sense of wonder, a whimsical transformation and the pure joy of being alive. This collection was born from a wonderful period of time when my love for art was rekindled, all the dots in my brain were connecting which then reshaped my perception of reality. As I introduced more discipline and a regiment into my painting routine, the world became more dynamic and intricately beautiful. I started noticing the nooks and crannies of a mundane object, the spectrum of light and shadows seemed to be widening. I even started dreaming in vibrant colors and striking compositions. The dreams were so vivid, so compelling, that they must be captured. On some days, I’d find myself waking up in the middle of the night, sketching furiously to preserve the fleeting visions before they’d fade with the dawn. What you see now is the result of those nocturnal labors - a tribute to my surreal, inspirational experience. While capturing the whimsy of fantasy and femininity, my intention for each piece is to convey and the pure joy of being alive.
